The location of this hotel couldn't be better. Situated right next door to the railway station, it is within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and great air conditioning. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. Plus, the hotel offers discounts for nearby parking. it was a convenient and enjoyable stay.
The noise from other guests shutting their doors could be a bit disruptive.

The hotel was conveniently located next to the train station and in the centre of the main road running along the river. The staff were amazing and always willing to help. The room was spacious and the en suite was lovely. The breakfast service was excellent.

The location of the hotel was great, being centrally located near attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff at the reception were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and check-out easy. the room wasnice and neat, providing a cozy atmosphere to relax in.
There were a few aspects that left a negative impression. the lack of a shower in the bathroom was slightly inconvenient, especially for a room advertised as a king-size.

The staff at Heeton Concept Hotel - City Centre were helpful and friendly. They went out of their way to accommodate our room request and make us feel welcome. We were really surprised by the convenient location of the hotel, easy to explore the city. The comfortable bed provided a good night's sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The value for money was exceptional, as the prices were very reasonable. The attention to detail was impressive, with well-maintained rooms that had nice bathrooms and a great shower. The location was perfect for exploring Liverpool's popular tourist attractions, as it was near the city center and right above a pub. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were all there, including big windows and a comfortable sofa bed. I also appreciated having breakfast included in my rate, even though the scrambled eggs were a bit soggy and the sausages were cheap.
